How To Enter First you will need to create an account if you don't
have one yet. Click "Create
Account" at the upper left of this
page, follow the instructions, and return here when your account has been
created. Then, you will need one of the following viewers; Hippo Viewer, Second Life, RealXtend , Meerkat or Emerald . (You may need to allow a pop ups to download these) Next, follow the directions
below for setting up a viewer on your desktop. These are for the Hippo
Viewer, but they are about the same for Meerkat
and Emerald. Please be aware that, for now, the avatar for new
accounts is the original Ruth character, and you will need to create body
parts and clothes from your inventory folder menu, and then wear
them before you can edit that default avatar or her clothes. You can
also change the avatar's gender only after you create and wear a new shape
to edit. the Hippo Viewer, Meerkat and
Emerald all let you type in or choose to add custom grids like Virtual
Worlds Grid into a grid box through a menu. The login uri That you will
need to type into the Add Grid box is: http://www.vwc.selfip.net:8002 or http://www.myronjc.webhop.net:8002 Find the little blue Hippo on your
desktop and double click it. (Other viewers will have their own icon)
Click on
the "Grid" button At the top
of the menu that pops up, click the add button
Type
http://www.vwc.selfip.net:8002 or http://www.myronjc.webhop.net:8002
into the Login URI box at the top of the menu, Then click
apply, and ok. Fill in your account user first
name, Last name, and password, then click "Login"

are instructions for the Second Life Viewer, which is the most commonly used.
Other viewers allow more flexibility for adding grids like Virtual Worlds
College. First, you will need to download the Second Life Viewer (often called a client), and install it if you don't have it yet. To make things easier, let the installation program put an icon on your desktop if it asks to do so. The viewer is available
here at http://secondlife.com/support/downloads.php. if you have it installed, click on the desktop icon shaped like a hand, and you should get a screen like this:
Next, press the control, shift, G keys at the same time to get the grid box shown below: It will probably have the word Agni typed inside of it. Remember whatever it has there, because that is what you would use if you want to log into Second Life instead of the Virtual Worlds College.
type 98.208.95.127 :8002 (not a static IP, so it changes from time to time. I'll keep it up to date as best I can), or www.vwc.selfip.net:8002 into the box shown above circled in red (if it will fit, some releases of Second Life won't let you type an address that long) . fill in your first name and last name, then your password that you created or were given for Virtual Worlds College, not the ones you use for Second life. Hit the login button, and you should see our little world.
